How is this different from a connector library?

Connector libraries typically call supported APIs and return a predefined set of data. Fieldwork operates a real, authenticated browser session, follows plain-language instructions, and captures what a person would see in the application’s interface. This lets you automate evidence collection even when a traditional connector doesn’t expose the setting or workflow you need.

Can we schedule evidence collection?

Yes. Live Evidence tasks can refresh an artifact on a recurring schedule, and multi-step workflows can also run automatically at a recurring interval. You can pause and resume schedules at any time. If a connection expires, dependent tasks pause until you re-authenticate it.

Yes. You can select any control available in your Oneleet workspace as the destination for a Live Evidence task or workflow document. A Live Evidence task runs immediately when you create it and streams the browser session live, so you can confirm that it captures the intended evidence before scheduled runs take over.
